*Please note:  agencies in bold type are assumed to be open during business hours Monday through Friday.  Other locations, including churches, may not have consistent office hours.

Many thanks to the efficient team of volunteers who spent Friday bagging books, loading cars, and driving all over town doing deliveries: Rosemary Wander, Mary Pat Phaaf, Cheryl Smith, Mary Nelle Smith,Trisha and Ron Hooper, Ann Shaw, and Shirley Vestal!

Deliveries will continue this week – it takes a while to drive to this many locations – but my guess is all locations should have them by Friday.  I gave away copies of both books last night at Church Under the Bridge, and one friend said, “I already have those!  I got them at my church today.”  Hallelujah!  People were excited to get them, especially several women with kids that I met last night.

And more really good news!  United Healthcare has agreed to sponsor printing of the Spanish translation of both.  I’ll post it here as soon as it’s translated, and shortly after that, we’ll get 10,000 hard copies out into the community.

This effort is truly community-wide.  Many thanks to Lawrence Ross, our faithful and efficient computer wizard!  And to all who have been involved in sponsorship from the beginning and/or continue to be, including William Mangum, One Source Document Solutions , Greensboro Urban Ministry, Cone Health, and United Healthcare.  Much gratitude to each and every one of you!
